ONE DAY DELIVERY:
Orders made with UK one day delivery will be dispatch on the same day if made before 16 hs on a week day. Otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next week day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Due to national Customs requirements, some countries require recipients to provide further information, such as ID number or date of birth. Our customer service will send you the requirement by email (if needed). Once you provide us with this information, your parcel will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Because of post Brexit customs regulations, some extra charges may be demanded by local customs for orders to the European Union. At his moment, Over Glam can not cover for said charges and the customer will be responsible for any custom charge applied to the order.
WHEN YOUR ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK:
Sometimes, because of high demand, the item you ordered might be out of stock. When this happens, our customer service will contact you via email as soon as possible and offer you the next options:

- Refund your purchase.
- You can wait for the item to be back in stock.
